Does Your Home Feel Like Chaos?
Is Each Day a Rollercoaster of Emotions?
Are You Parenting From a Place of Worry, Fear, or Anger?
Chaos can be both external and internal. Many families are stuck in explosive dysregulated patterns. 21st parenting is complex – we are concerned about school, screens, safety, bullying, physical health, and rising mental health issues in our children.
It is time to work smarter, not harder. When you learn how to break destructive patterns, your family will move from day-to-day survival mode to thriving mode. When parents get this Peaceful Present Parenting information along with a few strategies to start practicing, we begin to see more authentic emotional family regulation – meaning less chaos and more calm.
In these 10 hours of therapeutic family-centred group support sessions, we will show you how to move away from heightened family reactions towards more emotionally regulated responses.
As a parent/caregiver, you are the biggest and most powerful therapeutic tool for your child. Why? Well, and most importantly, you are there for the high and low emotions. You are there for the daily struggles and celebrations. That results in many, possibly hundreds of opportunities in the run of a day to practice new and neurologically calming activities with your children.
You don’t have to be helpless in trying to figure out how to help your emotionally dysregulated child
When you know the reasons for your child’s behaviours and some therapeutic interventions, you have a superpower! You don’t have to be a therapist to be a wonderful therapeutic resource in your child’s life.
You will leave each group session with resources and hands-on tools that you can start using right away in your home
